General Info

Have you ever wondered if there are other local danmei fans out there? Would you like to form a group with fellow fans and clown together? Well, that's exactly what I, as your GOM, am here to help with! As always, please remember to clown responsibly ❤What kinds of group orders (GOs) do you host?
Generally, I only host danmei-related GOs.
Are there any fees for joining a GO?
Not at all! I am not a business nor do I operate a shop (there's no shop either online or offline). I operate 100% on love.

Is there a way to help me keep track of my GOs?
While it is ultimately your responsibility to keep track of the GOs you joined, once a GO has been 100% finalized, I will send out an email which includes a link to that GO's masterlist. Keep in mind that after a form closes, there are still plenty of back-end work to be done, so the confirmation email is never sent out immediately after the GO form closes. Always allow a few additional days time at a minimum.
The only exception is Rosmei GOs, where there is no GO masterlist. In this case, you can DM me on Twitter to check your clownings.Can you host a GO for _____?

Important Deadlines

Can I modify or cancel my GO form?
As long as the deadline for the GO form has not yet passed, simply send me a DM on Twitter. Do not fill out the GO form a second time.
What are the general deadlines?
For 1st payment: It is always stated in the tweet with the form.
For 2nd/3rd/final payment: It is generally 1 week.
Is there a way to know the amount for 2nd/3rd in advance?
Starting from 2025, I will try my best to provide estimates on every form. So please save up in advance and/or clown responsibly.

Do you allow payment extensions?
Payment extensions are only allowed for the final payment (shipping from me to you).
Do you offer indefinite holds?
Unfortunately, it is not realistically possible. On top of the general holding rules, November is mandatory ship-out month; all arrived items must be shipped out by the end of the month. At the start of October, all joiners will receive an email with an update on the status of all GOs in order to help plan ahead regarding when and how many times to ship out during the months of October and November.
Exception: The November mandatory ship-out rule does not apply if the only GOs you've only joined are Rosmei GOs.

Frequently Asked Questions

What method of payment do you accept?
I currently accept PayPal Friends & Family, Wise, and bank transfer. All payments must be made in / EUR.
What if my address has changed?
No problem! Before shipping, I will always send out an address confirmation/update form.
Do you ship out year round?
Shipping is paused every December. During this month, parcels have a higher than normal chance of being damaged/lost. Shipping resumes again in January.

Can you help me pay for _____?
No, sorry. You are responsible for all payments related to a GO.
Can you hold my items in order to combine them with items that have not yet arrived?
In general, holding is allowed as long as the weight of your items are under 2kg AND it is not during the mandatory ship-out month.
Two exceptions:
1. If the only GOs you've joined are Rosmei GOs, and you are waiting on at least one other book to arrive, then I do offer indefinite holds.
2. Certain GOs will not eligible holding (this usually applies to GOs with unusually large or bulky items). Such GOs will be specifically mentioned on the GO form.
