Group Orders

In general, how does a group order (GO) work?
In a group order, I will act as your group order manager (GOM). I'm responsible for collecting everyone's order and payment. I will then place the order on everyone's behalf. The items will first arrive to me (in the Netherlands), before they are shipped to you.What kinds of group orders do you host?
I only host GOs for danmei-related (both fan-made and official goods).Are there fees for joining your GO?
There are currently no fees for joining my group orders. Payment receipts are shared for full transparency.

Fan-Made Goods: What can I expect?
GOs for fan-made goods are usually p4p, which stands for "pay for production". This means that the original artist is not making any profit off of the production. As a result, items are ungraded, so it is entirely possible to receive goods with flaws and imperfections. You typically pay for the item before they go into production.Official Goods: What can I expect?
GOs for official goods will always be purchased directly from official retailers. I do not purchase from unauthorized resellers.Are you open to GO requests?

Individual Orders (Discontinued)

How do individual orders (IO) work?
Individual orders are orders purchased on your behalf by request.
Your items will be going from China -> Warehouse in China -> Me -> You. As a result, you must be willing to wait at minimum three (3) months.How do I place a request for an IO?
I am no longer accepting new IOs.Where are you able to order from?
Previously, I offered requests for merchandise shipped from China only (i.e. Bilibili, Lofter, Pinduoduo, Taobao, WeChat Pay).

What items are you not able to order?
Flammable items (e.g. perfume), food substances, and contrabands.What are your fees for IO?
At the moment, there are no fees. As this is a brand new service, your order will allow me to gain experience buying from various platforms. Such experiences are immensely valuable to me!Are you able to order time sensitive merchandise?
It depends on whether the item you want is limited to orders placed before X time or if the item is limited to first Y buyers. Please me DM on Twitter to check.

FAQs

What method of payment do you accept?
I currently only accept Wise and PayPal via friends and family / paying to someone you trust.
All payments must be made in EUR.What if my address has changed?
Before I ship, I will send out an e-mail asking for any address changes.Do you hold packages in order to combine shipping?
I do! Once the items arrive, I will send out an e-mail with the option to ship or hold. If you decide you no longer wish to wait, send me a DM on Twitter. As long as I am not on vacation, I will ship out your items.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
As long as the order has not been placed, you are free to modify or cancel your order. Simply send me a DM on Twitter.What are your payment deadlines?
- For 1st payment: It is usually the same time as when the GO closes.
- For all other payments: The deadline is usually one week.
